1/4 teaspoon salt

(There will be 6 in./15 cm in the center for the filling.)
  3. Spread filling evenly over center of dough. To braid, lift dough strips across filling to meet in center, twisting each strip one turn. Continue alternating strips to form a braid. Tuck ends up to seal at end of braid. Brush egg white over dough. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake 25-28 minutes or until deep golden brown

Ritz Chicken

This is one of my Hubbys favorite meals, and I'm sorry I dont have a picture but its been so long since I posted I thought a recipe without a picture is better than nothing.

Ritz Chicken-Adapted from Kraft Food

1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp.  lemon juice
25 RITZ Crackers, finely crushed (about 1 cup)
1/4 cup  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
4 small  boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
2 tsp. dried basil leaves (optional)

HEAT oven to 400°F. MIX mayo and lemon juice in bowl; set aside. Combine cracker crumbs, cheese and basil in separate bowl.
DIP chicken in mayo mixture, then roll in crumb mixture until evenly coated on all sides. Place on baking sheet.
BAKE 20 min. or until chicken is done

We usually serve this with Green beans and Corn or Macaroni and Cheese.

Tater Dogs!

This "recipe" was adapted from my mother in law, and it has to be one of my Hubby's favorite "quick" meals. Besides being quick and easy, its super yummy! I hope you get a chance to try this one out and enjoy it too!

Here is what you will need

Hot Dogs
Mashed Potatoes-Homemade or instant
Shredded Cheese

*Optional- you could sprinkle a little bacon on top as well. Never tried it, but was suggested.

Slice your dog length wise and put onto a baking sheet.Fill each hot dog with mashed potatoes. Next top each one with you favorite shredded cheese (ours happens to be Cheddar/Monterey Jack blend). Bake in a 350-375 degree oven (depending on you oven) for about 10-12 min or until the cheese is melted and starts to brown.
